"Another wonderful experience with this agency. I work with Laura Gomez for the most part. She is great! She answers my questions in a timely manner, provided the insurance coverage I needed and wanted. I discovered a crack in my windshield. It was on the passenger side of my vehicle so I really did not notice it until I removed items from the passenger side of the vehicle. I typically put them in the backseat on the drivers side. I asked Laura what I needed to do to get this repaired. She provided me my policy number and the number to call as they work with Safelite and that is who I have worked with in the past for chips and enjoyed the service and techs I interacted with. I called the number provided and spoke with LaKeisha in Ohio. She was pleasant, helpful and provided an exceptional experience. Communication from Safelite was great as it always has been. I was also able to get an appointment quickly considering the holidays and all this time of year. Athan with Safelite let me know he was on his way. I also had furniture getting delivered in the same 4 hour time window provided. Wouldn't you know, they both show up and are maybe 10 minutes apart in time! Athan worked well with them as he did need his space but it all worked out great. Athan explained a few things to me when he was done and that was appreciated. He also installed the windshield wipers on my vehicle that I had just been too lazy to do. I don't know if it makes sense but it was actually a pleasure to have my windshield replaced. It is challenging to find the fantastic customer service I received from start to finish for was is normally a daunting task."
